Power of Attorney

We will serve under both Power of Attorney (POA) and Durable Power of Attorney (DPOA).  There are differences between these two designations.

A POA allows the nominee to act on a person’s behalf as long as they maintain competency.

A DPOA allows  nominee to act on a person’s behalf both during competency and after they may have entered into incapacity.
